IFA Ltd are a specialist open die forging, ring and precision bar product manufacturer producing forgings up to 10 Tons in the widest possible range of metallic materials.  We categorise ourselves as one of the “world’s largest blacksmiths”. Forging using a range of equipment which includes fast acting hydraulic presses, 4 forging hammers and ring rolling we can manufacture rings, blanks, boss/double boss blanks, shafts, also GFM precision bars (round/square/rectangular), for a wide range of markets, including all of the major “Quality Assured” Sectors.

We offer fast track supply of unmachined and machined semi finished components to either constructors or OEM’s. We also offer rapid supply to the prototyping and machine testing industries. IFA Ltd offer a service Centre for the industry’s fastest turn-around, high quality hirework/tollwork, which includes forging, heat treatment, machining and cutting, NDT and inspection. Technical control and operational surveillance are a cornerstone to our service.  We offer products delivered worldwide.
