Hire/Toll working involves the processing of customers free-issue material on a fast track turn round basis.

• Processing facilities currently offered by IFA include:
• Sawing upto 810mm sections
• Forging :- Press and hammer unit material weights 1kg up to 10,000kgs.
• GFM Forging 52 - 210mm diameter on rectangular bars
• Ring rolling up to 800mm outside diameter
• Heat treatment
• Machining
• Non destructive testing
• We can arrange mechanical/metallurgical testing if required
• Metallurgical surveillance of customers free issue material is also part of the IFA service
